Spa Manager Position – New Cairo
Location: Rehab City, New Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of documented experience in the spa/wellness industry
Valley Wellness Center is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all our services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate the therapy and reception team
- Ensure service quality and consistent guest satisfaction standards
- Oversee inventory and supplier coordination
- Responsible for meeting revenue targets
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained across the facility
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the management team
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience managing a spa, wellness center, or similar hospitality facility
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in scheduling/booking systems (Fresha experience is a plus)
